You DO NOT have authorization to advertise these properties. - You must copy same pictures that are posted on web-site www.tampabaycdchomes.com . We also can email you the pictures if you have trouble copying pictures. - You must copy same verbage that is posted on web-site www.tampabaycdchomes.com - Once listings have contracted in MLS, listings must be removed from your web-site. - Any variations of above conditions will result in immediate cancellation of this authorizataion. - J.
