MISSION STATEMENT

It is the goal of Pasco NSP/Tampa Bay CDC to provide "SAFE - SANITARY - AFFORDABLE" homes for low and moderate income families.  THIS PROGRAM IS NOT A HOME-REMODEL PROGRAM.

LISTING OF PROPERTIES 

Please note....property CANNOT be shown until 100% complete & listed in the MLS.

Price will not be listed until 100% complete and approved by Pasco County.

Once price is approved by Pasco County, price will be posted on website, MLS & lockbox installed.

A bid date of ten(10) calendar days from list date will be posted.  Offers can be submitted during this time.  No offers less than list price will be accepted.  No offers for more than list price will be accepted.

No offers will be accepted until after bid date posted.

All offers must include the required contract instructions, required purchase tracking form, and required sign offs and addendums.

If there are multiple offers, they will be included in a lottery at the end of the bid due date. 

Interested parties cannot transfer their interest to other parties.

Lottery will be held at Pasco County on Fridays at 3:00 pm.  Open to public.

MARKETING OF PROPERTIES

No print advertisements without written approval.

WEBSITE ADVERTISEMENT

Authorization form MUST be filled out and on file BEFORE advertisement.  No additions or changes can be made.  There will be automatic cancellation if false advertisement occurs.

Pictures & prints to be copied exactly from this website to your website.  Pictures can also be emailed upon request.

OPEN HOUSES

We will allow realtors to sit open ONLY properties that are listed in the MLS.

You must notify us by Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. any potential open house for following Saturday or Sunday with date, times and name of realtor sitting open.

CONTRACTS

Realtor MUST use the required contract procedure specified on our site.  No extensions WITHOUT written approval from seller.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

PURCHASING A SPECIFIC FORECLOSURE FOR YOUR BUYER

We will purchase properties that you have found for your buyers.  Call for details.
