All PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE upon completion of the Seminar, and this CERTIFICATE IS ACCEPTED BY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND LENDERS IN PINELLAS, PASCO AND HILLSBOROUGH COUNTIES. THE CERTIFICATES ARE VALID FOR ONE YEAR. IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED A HOME WITHIN THAT TIMEFRAME, YOU WILL NEED TO ATTEND ANOTHER WORKSHOP. The Seminar is conducted in English.

All Participants will receive lunch, an 88-page home buying manual and the required certificate of completion. LUNCH for each Workshop CONSISTS OF A TURKEY SUB SANDWICH, POTATO CHIPS, COOKIES AND A SOFT DRINK. IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS and the lunch provided will not accommodate those needs, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH, as special dietary accommodations cannot be made.
Please note that coffee and/or breakfast ARE NOT SERVED at the workshop. IF YOU HAVE A TENDENCY TO BE COLD, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING A SWEATER OR LIGHT JACKET.

Childcare is not available, and due to the length of the seminar,
CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE WORKSHOP.


PLEASE NOTE: THE CERTIFICATE RECEIVED AT THE WORKSHOP IS NOT AN APPROVAL FOR DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE OR FINANCING.
All Borrowers must still complete an Assistance Application and meet the County and State eligibility requirements.
